Global Capacity Development and Institutional Strengthening Expert
Eslon Nduwayo is a global capacity development and institutional strengthening expert with more than 14 years of experience working across 16 African and Asian countries. He has partnered with civil society organizations, governments, academia, and regional bodies to design and implement capacity-building strategies, governance frameworks, and resource mobilization initiatives that strengthen institutional performance and long-term sustainability.
Eslon has facilitated over 60 capacity development workshops, led the development of multiple strategic and resource mobilization plans, and contributed to successful proposals totaling $189 million from USAID and other international donors. His work has helped more than 35 organizations significantly improve performance, governance, and sustainability. Fluent in English and French, he brings a systematic, results-driven approach to his work, supporting TAAC’s mission to promote inclusive, transparent, and accountable institutions through evidence-based advocacy and collaborative governance.
