Elizabeth Arlotti-Parish brings 20 years of experience providing strategic and technical leadership to strengthen gender equity within sexual, reproductive, maternal, child, and adolescent health and social and behavior change programs in over 30 countries across Africa and Asia.
She collaborates with communities, civil society, and governments to design, implement, and measure health programs and services that reflect local needs and priorities, empowering individuals to act as agents of change in their own lives. She brings expertise in mixed methods research and programmatic evaluations, and guiding partners to use data for decision-making and programmatic adaptation. She is a master facilitator and curriculum designer, and has built the capacity of diverse populations in client-centered care, gender transformative programming, human-centered design, advocacy, research methods, social and behavior change, and other topics.
She is dedicated to strengthening systems to dismantle patriarchal structures, elevate and amplify community voices, and ensure the right to health of all people is respected, protected, and fulfilled. She holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies and speaks fluent English and French, and intermediate Italian and Spanish.
